Being in the real estate industry for almost 20 years myself, but in a different functional discipline as a Realtor, I was very selective on whom to do business with. Above & Beyond for our Out-of-State Home Sale!! Being 1300 miles away when selling a house is tough and very stressful. After a failed first attempt with a realtor, we were EXTREMELY nervous about who we would relist with, and actually reluctant to even relist at all. After a 15 minute phone conversation with Danielle, I got the sense for her marketing expertise. The next phone conversation followed a walk through she did. She was direct and honest about what needed to be done, which we wish we would have known sooner because it all made sense. She also met with various contractors since we physically could not do those things. The biggest thing for me, however, was the communication – typically the response is instantaneous, never waiting more than an hour. Furthermore, I was never chasing her down for information as regular updates were provided to me. We truly believe we found the right agent to sell our house!
